Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OneStreak iOS app, website and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms where required.

You sign in through Apple and are responsible for protecting your device and account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

OneStreak is built for exactly two people. An invite code is private, single-use and time-limited. Do not publish it or send it to someone you do not intend to join your pact.

Each person may post proof, send Sparks, vote on pact terms and view content available to their pact. Features and free-plan limits may change over time, but we will not retroactively transfer ownership of your content to OneStreak.

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The price, billing period, trial terms (if any), included features and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. One active membership may cover both people in the connected pact as described in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; deleting your OneStreak account or app does not cancel billing.

Apple controls billing, cancellation and refunds. Requests for refunds are subject to Apple’s rules. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory terms control.

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, messages and other content you create. You give OneStreak a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

You are responsible for what you share and must have the rights and permissions needed to post it. Your partner can view shared content and may be able to save it outside OneStreak. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, threatening, exploitative, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, or invasive of another person’s privacy.

We may restrict access to or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the Service or comply with law. Report serious misuse to contact@onestreak.fit.

OneStreak is an accountability and record-keeping tool, not a medical, health-care or emergency service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional coaching or guarantees of fitness results.

Exercise involves risk. Use your judgment, follow equipment and venue instructions, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and seek advice from a qualified professional when appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Rewards, consequences and other pact promises are personal agreements between you and your partner. OneStreak records and displays them but is not a party to, and does not enforce, those agreements. Do not create a term that is unlawful, unsafe, coercive or financially exploitative.

You may not:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• harass, threaten, exploit or endanger another person;
• attempt to access another pact, account or private file;
• share malicious code or interfere with Service operation;
• probe, bypass or defeat security or usage limits;
• use automated means to scrape or overload the Service; or
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

Either person may end a pact. When that happens, each person keeps their own proofs and loses access to the other person’s proofs; shared Sparks and pact terms are removed for both.

You may delete your account inside the app from Profile → Delete account. Account deletion is permanent. It does not cancel an Apple subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or harm to the Service or another person.

We work to keep OneStreak reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Sync, notifications, storage and purchases may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We may update, discontinue or change features and limits. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature.

The Service—including its software, visual design, branding and original content—is owned by OneStreak or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStreak disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that a partner will participate, that a pact will succeed, or that content or notifications will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStreak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or data, personal agreements between partners, or injuries arising from exercise. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of the Service.

Applicable law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live. We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
